WorkStudio currently provides support primarily in writing by email and forum. We do not currently publish a dedicated phone support line for this service.
For paid subscriptions purchased through the WorkStudio checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record. This means Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales-tax handling for those transactions.
Objective Online Company S.R.L. remains responsible for operating the WorkStudio software service, providing access to the product, and handling product-related support.
Plan prices and feature limits are described on the public pricing and checkout pages. Taxes are handled by Paddle according to the customer's location, tax status, and the pricing configuration used for checkout. Depending on the applicable setup, tax may be included in the displayed price or shown separately during checkout.
