1. Why We Keep This Policy Simple

WorkStudio.Online offers free local browser use and free account-level access so customers can evaluate the platform before buying a subscription. Paid subscriptions are intended for customers who already know they want hosted storage, broader cross-app work, or shared team access.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until canceled.

• You can cancel before the next billing date to stop the next monthly charge.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
• Our standard policy is no refund or partial refund for unused time in a month that has already started, except where required by law or where the service is faulty or not supplied as promised.

3. Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are billed in advance once per year at a discounted annual rate and renew automatically each year until canceled.

• You can cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next annual charge.
• Our standard policy is that yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once the paid subscription starts and access to the paid service has been provisioned.
• No partial refund is normally offered for unused months remaining in a yearly term, except where required by law or where the service is faulty or not supplied as promised.

4. Mandatory Consumer Rights Still Apply

This policy does not override rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory refund, withdrawal, or conformity rights, those rights still apply.

For digital services, some legal withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost after supply begins if the required consent and acknowledgements are obtained. Where applicable law gives you stronger protection than this policy, the law controls.

5. Faulty or Non-Conforming Service

If the paid service is faulty, not supplied, or materially not as described, you may be entitled to legal remedies that can include a fix, a price reduction, cancellation, or a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Because Paddle is merchant of record for checkout and invoicing, some billing-support or receipt issues may also be handled through Paddle's buyer support routes.
