This page provides withdrawal information for consumers who buy WorkStudio.Online at a distance. It is intended to supplement, not replace, our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
WorkStudio.Online is a hosted digital service / software-as-a-service platform. Paid plans provide access to hosted account features such as cloud storage, broader cross-app work, team access, and AI-backed features, depending on the plan selected.
If you are an EU consumer, you may generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, unless an exception applies or your rights are affected by the start of the service during that period.
Because WorkStudio.Online is a digital service, access may begin shortly after purchase. If you request immediate access during the withdrawal period, the legal consequences can differ from a purchase where supply has not yet begun.
WorkStudio.Online may make paid access available shortly after purchase. At present, WorkStudio does not require a separate withdrawal checkbox during checkout.
If you later exercise a valid withdrawal right after the service has started, the legal consequences depend on the circumstances and applicable law. In some cases, a proportionate amount may be payable for the part of the service already supplied; in other cases, stronger consumer protections may apply.
Depending on the exact legal classification of the service, the plan purchased, and what has already been supplied, the right of withdrawal may be reduced or may no longer apply after performance has begun or has been fully performed, subject to the formal conditions required by law.
This page is a practical summary and should not be read as limiting any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement to mail@workstudio.online before the applicable withdrawal period ends. Please include enough information to identify your order, such as your purchase email address, the plan bought, and the Paddle receipt or transaction reference if available.
You may use the following form, but you do not have to use this exact wording:
Withdrawal rights are different from ordinary cancellation of an automatically renewing subscription. If you simply want to stop the next renewal, use cancellation rather than withdrawal. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
