By using WorkStudio.Online, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

WorkStudio.Online offers browser-based work apps and related features like accounts, file handling, and support channels.

2A. Commercial Terms and Hosting

WorkStudio.Online is currently available without monthly subscription billing.

If paid subscriptions are added, we will update these Terms first, including pricing rules and the date they start.

The service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure in Europe.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, fraud, or legal/security reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not try to access systems or data without permission, disrupt the service, or scrape data in unauthorized ways.
• Do not upload or share malware or other malicious code.

5. Data and GDPR

We process personal data under applicable data-protection laws, including GDPR where it applies.

• Data may include account details, authentication/security metadata, and usage logs.
• We use this data to run the service, protect accounts, and meet legal obligations.
• If GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction/objection, subject to legal limits.

6. Intellectual Property

WorkStudio.Online (or its licensors) owns the platform software, design, and branding. You keep ownership of your own content.

7. Availability and Changes

The service may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable. We may update these Terms and will publish the new version with an updated date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, WorkStudio.Online is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, or when required for security or legal reasons.
